Laurie Strand, LCSW, is a trauma-informed therapist, educator, and consultant with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. She is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Idaho and has spent much of her career working in school-based and community mental health settings, supporting children, youth, and families through complex life transitions. Today, in her private practice, Laurie specializes in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and stress using somatic approaches informed by the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), EMDR, IFS, and the mind-body connection.
Laurie is a certified Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) clinician and an Associate Senior Faculty Member with the International Trauma Resource Institute (TRI), where she trains mental health professionals from around the world in nervous system regulation and resilience strategies. She is also a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist, integrating nutritional and lifestyle insights into her holistic approach to mental health.
In addition to her clinical practice, Laurie brings her expertise in resilience-building and trauma-informed wellness to businesses and organizations, providing workshops, consultation, and leadership support for mission-driven organizations. She also volunteers her time with local well-being and suicide prevention initiatives, including the 5B Suicide Prevention Alliance, the Mental Well-Being Initiative, and the St. Luke’s WRV Community Board.

Annys Rose, LMSW

Annys Rose, LMSW, is a trauma-informed therapist with a heart-centered approach to healing and growth. She is a Licensed Masters Social Worker in the state of Idaho and is passionate about supporting older adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. With a foundation in evidence-based practices, Annys integrates somatic therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness to help clients build emotional resilience and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Annys brings warmth, presence, and curiosity into each session, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their inner world. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s unique goals, values, and lived experiences.
In addition to her clinical practice, Annys is dedicated to ongoing learning and growth as a social worker. Her professional interests include the mind-body connection, grief and loss, and supporting clients through personal and relational transformation. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her significant other.
