Melissa is a board certified and trained Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a trained EMDR clinician, who works with a holistic model of treatment, examining eating, sleep patterns, exercise and movement, as well as stillness, mindfulness and meditation practices; exploring lifestyle choices, and concentrating on negative self-talk that can lead us to be stuck and nonproductive.
