She supports young adults finding their footing, individuals navigating the complexities of midlife, and those embracing growth into their 80s and beyond. Elizabeth specializes in anxiety, trauma, grief, self-doubt, perfectionism, and life transitions. Many of her clients start therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck—caught in patterns that are hard to untangle and change, or exhausted from trying to hold it all in.

Whether you’re starting a new chapter, living with a loud inner critic, or just struggling inside and wanting to do things differently, you don’t have to go it alone. Elizabeth welcomes humans of all identities and life stages who are ready to restore connection with themselves, their loved ones, and the rhythms of daily life.
