
Amy Rust, LCSW
Amy Rust, LCSW completed her graduate degree at Boise State University in 2008. Currently she is a school social worker with the Boise School District where she works with at-risk adolescents in the alternative education programs, Frank Church High School & Boise’s Alternative to Suspension & Expulsion Program (BASE). She received her Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) certification in 2015 through the Idaho Board of Alcohol/Drug Counselor Certification (IBADCC) in order to work to implement Tier-1 prevention efforts through Boise Schools in partnership with Idaho Office of Drug Policy. She is passionate about cultivating resilience in both adolescents and the adults in their lives. In 2021 she earned her Community Resiliency Model Teaching Certificate and is working on creating more resilient thriving schools and communities.

Chris Butts
Chris Butts is a US History teacher in the Boise School District at Frank Church High School. He became a public educator in 2003, and has experience teaching nearly all grade levels. In 2012 he became a Teacher Consultant with the Boise State Writing Project and continues to work with adult learners as a facilitator for professional development and instructional coach. He co-authored Planning Powerful Instruction: 7 Must-Make Moves To Transform How We Teach-And How Students Learn, with Corwin Press in 2020. Chris learned about the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) in spring of 2020 and completed the guide training the following year; now he uses CRM with staff and students on a daily basis. My favorite thing about CRM is the focus on biological principles, and their universal accessibility.

Cristina
Cristina is passionate about building resilient communities. Having lived through and overcome her fair share of adversities, she knows that resilience is key to transforming individual lives and building healthy, thriving communities. Her professional and educational background are in behavioral health with over 10 years experience. She is the Chief Operating Officer at Spark! She loves being able to help leaders build vibrant communities. Her interest includes the study of mindfulness, meditation, emotional intelligence, and resilience. Her above all else role is being a mother.

Alyssa Reynolds, LCSW
Alyssa Reynolds, LCSW is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work at Boise State University (BSU). Since 2012 she has coordinated the Title IV-E Scholars program which is a collaboration between the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and BSU. She oversees the field education of Title IV-E students completing their internships around the state of Idaho and currently teaches trauma and child welfare courses. Alyssa received her BSW from BSU in 1992 and her MSW from Eastern Washington University in 2001. She worked for many years with children and their families at Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Southwest District Health Department and West Ada School District. She spent 13 years as a supervisor and assistant director at Family Connections, Inc which provided contracted Family Preservation, Family Group Decision Making and Supervised Visitation services. In April of 2021 she was certified as a Community Resiliency Model (CRM) facilitator. She is inspired by the thriving individuals, students, colleagues, children, families and communities she interacts with and is invested in supporting their growth and development.

ASabrina M. Roblin, CPCC
Sabrina M. Roblin, CPCC has been an international trainer and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach since 2004. Before starting her private practice as a coach and trainer, she worked at Wells Fargo Bank, Broderbund Software and The Coaches Training Institute, a leading international coaching and leadership training company. Sabrina is a certified teacher of the Community Resiliency Model through the Trauma Resource Institute in California, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing healing model interventions based on cutting edge neuroscience to the world community. She is founder of Life Reinspired and Resiliency Now, and because of her love of outdoor adventure, is a NOLS certified Wilderness First Responder.
