ABOUT

About Resilency Rising

At Resiliency Rising, we believe that resilience is built through understanding, connection, and practical support. Our mission is to help individuals and organizations navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence by providing evidence-informed, trauma-informed services that foster lasting growth and well-being.

We serve people in two important ways. Through individual therapy, we provide compassionate, personalized support for adults working through trauma, stress, anxiety, life transitions, and other challenges that affect emotional and physical well-being. Through workplace training and consultation, we partner with businesses, schools, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and community groups to build healthier, more resilient workplace cultures through education, practical strategies, and nervous system-informed approaches.

Whether we’re supporting one person or an entire organization, our approach is rooted in the same philosophy: meaningful change happens through small, intentional steps that strengthen resilience, deepen connection, and create healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Founded by licensed clinical social worker Laurie Strand, Resiliency Rising combines decades of clinical experience with a passion for helping people understand the impact of stress and trauma, cultivate resilience, and create positive, sustainable change. Together with a growing team of dedicated professionals, we are committed to helping individuals, workplaces, and communities thrive.
